Christmas Greetings
This year instead of sending Christmas cards, we have made a donation to Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. They are not part of the NHS and receive very little from the government, relying mainly on voluntary donations. This team provides advance medical care, as you would find in an A&E department and they are able to transports patients quicker than road travel.
As you can imagine, their running costs as extremely high, with average fuel costs of £145.00 per hour. We hope our donation helps towards these costs.
