Fortunately, nearly all right of light cases are resolved out of court, either by cutting back the development design, compensation, or a combination of both. 

However, where cases do fall before the courts, we are often asked to provide expert evidence.  We have been involved in a number of high-profile cases and as a result we have a reputation for being able to take cases all the way to the Court of Appeal, should the need arise.  We find this puts us in an authoritative position when it comes to securing favourable negotiated settlements.
