RICS Publish BRE Guidance Note

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors published a guidance note on daylight and sunlight for use by its members. This follows an RICS guidance note on separate ‘legal rights of light’ which was published in 2010.

The guidance note focuses on the daylight, sunlight and shading encountered in the design, planning and environmental impact assessment of developments.
